Initial Consultation

This is the first step! After a quick chat online or phone call about your best hopes of working together we then schedule an Initial Consultation. This is a 60-90 min detailed talk about your background, your interests and passions as well as the issues you are dealing with. 

I explain the neuroscience behind what I do and how I can help you.  Included in that is a free relaxation audio that you get to keep which as part of our sessions together you will be encouraged to listen to every night.

The cost of the IC is £45

Wellbeing sessions, Workshops and Bespoke packages

If you are feeling frazzled and want some time to unwind then I can offer different wellbeing sessions without the commitment to 1 to 1 sessions. 

These sessions can include:

  • A personalised chat about managing our “stress bucket”
  • Some tips on how to regulate your nervous system so you can manage stress more effectively.
  • An opportunity to book a “Walk and Talk” session where we have a solution focused chat whilst out walking in nature.  (These can also be incorporated into any booked 1 to 1 sessions)
  • Time for you to lie back and relax whilst listening to a guided relaxation either online, face to face or via a pre-recorded audio I can send to you. 
 

I can also offer bespoke talks, workshops and wellbeing sessions for groups, schools or businesses. This could be about managing workload for staff, understanding the mind-body connection or practical tips for dealing with overwhelm just an an example.  

I have two decades of experience working as a teacher in schools so I am well versed in the stress and workload that comes with working within the education system.  I am able to offer a variety of support packages for schools.

 

As a nature lover I am in the process of creating some “Mindfulness in Nature” group sessions to be run in my local and surrounding area.  Natural Mindfulness walks are a natural approach to well-being and are proven to help us deal with the day to day stresses and challenges of a busy life. Time in nature fills us with calm, wonder and a sense of connection and is an ideal way to help boost our mental health.

Our sessions together are scheduled weekly to start with to make the most of the solution focused process.  Solution Focused Hypnotherapy works quickly but you need to be prepared to engage in the therapeutic process in order to achieve the benefits from the sessions.

 I roughly work with people for 6-12 sessions. Could be more but could be less! It will be entirely up to you.

The investment for 1 to 1 weekly 1 hour sessions is £70

Block of 6 sessions – £390

Specific Phobia (Usually 3 sessions)
